How to become a DCHE member
We are a cooperative of parents who work together to provide Christ-led, nurturing, low-cost, and creative academic and extracurricular opportunities for homeschool families.
Membership benefits
What your family gets access to
One family membership covers all of the following for the entire school year.
Academic & enrichment classes
Parent- and instructor-led courses across subjects, meeting on co-op days.
Academic fairs
Spelling Bee, Kidpreneur Fair, Social Studies Fair, and Science Fair.
Competitive teams
Bible Quiz Bowl, First Lego League, Mock Trial, Reading Bowl, and Science Olympiad.
Parent support groups
Regular meetings for encouragement, resource sharing, and community among homeschool parents.
Parent book club
Monthly discussions with fellow homeschool parents on faith, education, and family life.
Group field trips
Organized outings for hands-on learning experiences throughout the school year.
Special events
Grandparents Day, Community Christmas Dinner, Night of the Arts, and Mom's Night Out.
Graduation ceremonies
Recognition ceremonies for elementary and middle school students completing their programs.
Mom's night out
Fellowship and community events specifically for homeschool moms.
Family membership fees
One fee covers your whole family
Fees are paid online during Step 2 of the registration process. Early registration receives the lowest rate.

Important: The registration fee is non-refundable. Please review the legal liability waiver on the membership registration form before completing your application.
Steps to join
Your path to membership
Complete these seven steps to become a DCHE family. Each step includes a direct link to the form or document you need.

Read the Statement of Faith
Review the DCHE Statement of Faith to confirm alignment with our Christ-centered mission.

Complete the membership application
Fill out the membership application and pay your family membership fee online.

Register your child(ren) for classes or field trips
Enroll your students in classes or field trips and pay any class registration fees. Use the weekly schedule to plan your family's selections. Class registration fees and the membership fee are non-refundable.

Sign up to volunteer
Complete the volunteer sign-up form to select your family's volunteer role.

Acknowledge the volunteer commitment
By registering, you agree to the following: "I understand that volunteerism is mandatory to maintain membership."

Join the DCHE GroupMe
Request to join our GroupMe channel to receive community announcements and stay connected with other DCHE families.

Comply with the Safe Sanctuary Policy
Review and comply with the DCHE Safe Sanctuary policy to help us maintain a safe environment for all children and youth.

Class enrollment process
Already registered? Here's how to browse and enroll in courses.

Create your parent account — Each family must have a primary parent account. Use the Register link at dcheeducators.net.

Verify your account — After submitting, you'll receive an authentication email. Click the link to verify your account.

Add your student(s) — Click "My Account" in the upper right, open your profile, then go to My Students → Add a Student.

Browse and enroll in courses — For each course you want, click Enroll to add it to your cart.
5
Assign students at checkout — Select which of your students is enrolling in each course.

Complete payment — You'll be directed to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account — PayPal will process a debit card, credit card, or PayPal payment.
