RESERVATIONS
The Conference Center will set up Group Room Blocks to receive reservations by individual reservations.
Individual Reservations. Sleeping rooms will be assigned by the Conference Center. Individual reservations require a deposit of the first nights sleeping room cost at the time of booking. Due to state law please note that individuals will be charged sales and occupancy taxes when paying for their sleeping room.
Individual cancellations will result in an automatic forfeiture of $30 per room up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. Once Group is onsite, in the event of early departure, Individuals must give 24 hours’ notice (based on 11 am check out time) in order to not be charged for the night they are not staying in the hotel.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will be available at 4:00 PM. on the arrival day and check-out will be at 11:00 A.M. on departure day. Please provide arrival times for large groups if available.
Check-in will be at the Bethea Welcome Center located at 91 N Lakeshore Dr., Lake Junaluska, NC 28745. This is the first building on your left as you enter from Highway 19. Each adult will check in at the front desk to receive a sleeping room key. They will be required to present identification and a credit card to be kept on file as a guarantee during their stay for incidentals and/or any damages to the room.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 P.M. to 7 A.M. each day. Courtesy to your fellow guests is greatly appreciated.
LARGE BUSES
Large Buses should plan on entering the Conference Center at the Main Gate (off of US 19). Bus drivers will be instructed where to park after passengers and their baggage have cleared the bus.
COMMUTERS
Guests who are using our meeting facilities but not staying in our lodging facilities are required to pay a commuter fee of $5.00 per person per day for ground usage of the facility, including, but not limited to restrooms, water, parking and attending meetings in the conference spaces.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Tobacco use is prohibited in all indoor spaces. If anyone within your group violates this policy a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to the Master Account and/or to the individual’s credit card if the individual is responsible to pay for his/her own room. Damage to any furnishings, walls, carpets, etc. will also be charged to the Master Account and or to the individual’s credit card if the individual is responsible for paying for his/her own room.
No alterations or changes to the property shall be made without the prior approval of the Chief Operating Officer or authorized designate. Alterations include, but are not limited to, movement or relocation of interior plants, equipment, or furniture, and other décor and furnishings. The group credit card will be charged after check-out if damage is found or excessive cleaning and/or labor is required after group check-out.

Dining Room Meal Rates
Individual adult meal rates: Breakfast $15.50 Lunch $19.50 Dinner $23 (service fee not included) . A service charge of 18% will automatically be added to all dining room meals
Potluck Dinner at Rodney and Lavinna King’s House – Saturday, October 21, 7:00 pm
We will be gathering for a time of food and fellowship.
Please bring a dish to share.
