Standardized Testing at DCHE
DCHE is also offering two-day testing to members on May 27-28 for those who prefer this option. We will be proctoring the Iowa Assessments (formerly known as ITBS). We are extending the deadline to Wednesday, April 30 to register additional students.

Please note that per Georgia state law, all homeschooled children are required to take a standardized test by the end of 3rd grade and at least every three years following (i.e., 6th, 9th, and 12th grades). Assessment results are not submitted to anyone, but they must be kept by you as part of your child’s permanent records. If your child has not tested on schedule and they are in between the above grades, they should test this year.
