Instructor

Vanita is an exercise enthusiast. She enjoys swimming and reading when not working out. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St Louis and her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  The mother of two and wife for more than two decades lives in DeKalb County.  Vanita is also a healthcare provider, studio owner, and insurance professional when not shaping young bodies and souls.  She looks forward to working with your youth.  “You may house their bodies but not their souls, For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.“ -I Corinthians 6:19
