Advance registration and payment is required at least 7 days before the program date. Any guests who have not registered by this deadline will not be allowed to follow with the program. Please use the following link to register and pay.

Also register here (DCHE website) so we will know who is attending and if we have reached our minimum enrollment. There is no fee charged on our website.

If the total number of registered students is less than 10 students 7 days before your program, your program will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Adults and siblings do not count towards the 10 student minimum.

Cancellation policy: No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the program. 

Pricing info:

• Student – $12 (10 student minimum)
• Museum membership does not cover field trip costs for students.
• Adults and siblings do not count toward the 10 student minimum.
• Teachers, Parents and chaperones – $20 or Museum membership.
• Exploring the Solar System program includes the planetarium. (no extra charge)
• Payment required at the time of registration for all program participants. We accept all major credit cards
