Teacher: Iliana Campbell-Francis Date/Time: Monday - 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Room: Youth Department Classroom Department: Parent Share Grade Level: 11-14 years old Maximum Enrollment: 10 Ages: 9 - 11 Class Description: In this two-semester class, we will meet once a week to explore God’s creation through two sciences, Chemistry and Physics. We will be learning the wonders of God’s creation and how he made everything around us operate as it does. The class will be an overview of what was learned or will be learned in the week with the parents. Classes will consist of short lectures, hands-on activities (labs), videos, and games that will help engage the young mind and reinforce what was learned at home during the week. Due to the class meeting once a week, parents will need to purchase the recommended text so that they can go over those additional parts of the lesson that will not be addressed in class.
