Human Anatomy I/II (Dual Credit)
Grades: 8th - 12th Description: Human Anatomy & Physiology I is a High School semester course which examines the structures of the Human Body. Lab Activities will be completed on Wednesdays in-person Co-op Day. Lecture Viewing, Readings, and Assessments (Drawings, Quizzes, Midterm, and Final) will be completed at home throughout the week. Lab Activities will explore Diffusion and Osmosis, Tissues and Histology, Skeletal System & Joints, Muscular System, Nervous System and Endocrine System.. The follow-on course, Human Anatomy & Physiology II (Spring Term 2024),Lab Activities will continue to explore Human Body Systems including the Respiratory System, Digestive System and Reproductive System. This course is eligible for Dual Credit with Colorado Christian University (as BIO-201 and BIO-211).
