Clothing/Attire/Supplies
Please plan to wear layers. Early mornings can be chilly - anything above 4 mph feels breezy on the farm... and afternoons can warm up quickly. If you are coming late in the season, bring LOTS of water.  There is NO water fountain. Over the years I have seen very creative teachers bring collapsible wagons to tote around water bottles, jackets, hats, berries, etc. Please bring several sharpie markers to write names on the strawberry containers, as well a bin or box to place them in. Teachers: here is your reminder to grab your sunglasses!!

Inclement Weather - Reschedule
You may email or contact the farm directly at 706-769-0627 if you need assistance with inclement weather questions. Their cell number is 678-316-3274. They monitor the weather all the way up until the morning of the trip because the forecast often changes!  It is rare for them to cancel, but they understand that sometimes schools need to make different arrangements.
