Intermediate-Advanced Strings (4th-12th)
DESCRIPTION: The Intermediate-Advanced Strings ensemble includes Violin, Viola, and Cello middle and high school age students who are developing playing skills in a group format. This course is for students who can read music with at least 1 year of prior instruction. This course is taught by Dr. Lana Teko, freelance violist and teacher in the metropolitan Atlanta area who holds Bachelor's Degree in Music Education at Florida State University, a Masters of Music in Viola Performance at Georgia State University and a Doctors of Musical Arts in Viola Performance at the University of Alabama.
